WT 14 And Lot went out and spake vnto his sonnes in lawe WHICH SHULDE HAVE MARIED HIS DOUGHTERS, and sayde: stonde vpp and get yow out of this place, for the LORde will destroy the cite. But he semed as though he had mocked, vnto his sonnes in law.

Subject: The Holy Scripture (Taverner)
This version was based off of the 1527 Matthew Bible. In turn edited presumably by John Rogers (if so, under the pseudonym Thomas Matthew), an edition of Miles Coverdale's 1525 translation of the Bible, which was primarily based off of William Tyndale's translations.
